Where does Bong Empire ship to?
We ship Australia-wide to all residential and business addresses, including PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Is packaging discreet?
Absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no mention of the contents or Bong Empire on the outside of the box, satchel, or envelope. Orders can be safely delivered to your home or workplace with complete discretion.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm are dispatched the next business day.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery times:
- Australia Post Standard: 2–6 business days
- Australia Post Express: 1–3 business days
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number and a direct tracking link.
What payment methods do you accept?
