Where does Bong Empire ship to?

We ship Australia-wide to all residential and business addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders over $100 qualify for free shipping!

Is packaging discreet?

All our parcels and packages are discreet. No information regarding the contents or Bong Empire is visible on the outside of the box, satchel or envelope. We understand everyone's circumstances are different which is why we place a strong importance on keeping our packaging plain and simple. You can safely have our parcels delivered to your home or office as there will be no indication of the contents inside.

We pack all fragile products with multiple layers of bubble wrap, then we use an extra cardboard layer for added peace of mind. Our intact and unbroken delivery rate is above 99%.

How long is the delivery process?

If you order before 12pm on business days (Monday - Friday), we will pack and dispatch your order that same day. All orders placed after 12pm will be packaged and dispatched the following day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and you'll be able to track your order via your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to be visible.
