Fast Shipping Australia-Wide

We ship to all Australian residential and business addresses, PO Boxes, and parcel lockers.

Orders placed before 12pm AEST (Monday–Friday) are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Orders Under $150

  • Australia Post - Standard: $14.99 (2–5 business days)
  • Australia Post - Express: $24.99 (1–2 business days)

Orders Over $150

  • Australia Post - Standard: FREE (2–6 business days)
  • Australia Post - Express: $24.99 (1–3 business days)

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary based on location, peak periods, weather, or courier delays. Remote or regional areas may require additional time.

Discreet Packaging

All parcels are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. No product descriptions or Bong Empire branding appear externally. Orders can safely be delivered to home, work, PO Boxes, or parcel lockers with full discretion.

Same-Day Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 12pm on business days ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12pm ship the following business day.
  • Tracking will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to appear in the courier system.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been posted, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your order via Australia Post.

If you have not received tracking within 24 hours of dispatch, please check junk/spam or contact us for assistance.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If Australia Post determines a safe place to leave your parcel, they may do so. If you prefer signature on delivery, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange this (additional fees may apply).

Address Errors & Returned Parcels

Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • unclaimed parcel
  • refusal to accept delivery

Re-shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

While we ship quickly, transit times are controlled by Australia Post.

Bong Empire is not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or peak periods.

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates
  2. Contact Australia Post with your tracking number
  3. Contact our support team if further assistance is needed

We will always help investigate shipping issues where possible.

Damaged Parcels in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos (packaging and product) so we can assess and assist with a solution.
